### **Service Timing**
- Arrival times may vary due to weather and workload. Please allow a 1–3 hour buffer before and after your scheduled appointment for arrival.

### **Payment Terms**
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- Additional services or discrepancies not covered by the initial booking will be invoiced separately. These invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid late penalties, reporting to credit agencies (e.g., Equifax), and potential lien filings, as per North Dakota Century Code §35-27.

### **City Plow Piles**
- If plow piles are present upon arrival and the **Plow Pile Add-On** was not selected, we will work around the pile, and removal must be booked as a separate service.
- If the **Plow Pile Add-On** was selected but the city plow has not passed, we will return to remove the pile once it is created.

### **General Provisions**
1. **Subcontractors**: We reserve the right to use subcontractors to fulfill services.
2. **Licensing & Insurance**: SnowDawg is fully licensed and insured to operate in North Dakota.
3. **Safety & Accessibility**: Clients must ensure the sidewalks and access areas are free of obstructions (e.g., vehicles, trash bins) prior to service.
4. **Liability**:
- SnowDawg is not liable for any personal injury unless it involves our own employees, as outlined in North Dakota worker protection laws.
- While we take care to avoid damage, we are not responsible for damage to surfaces, landscaping, or items hidden under snow or ice, in accordance with North Dakota negligence laws.
5. **Weather Conditions**: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather or unsafe conditions.
6. **Cancellations**: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $75 fee, as allowed under North Dakota contract law.
